We are looking for a skilled Odoo Devloper with 2–3 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, and API integrations. Candidates who are immediate joiners and have experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Develop new modules and enhance existing Odoo applications.
- Customize standard Odoo modules to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party applications.
- Create and customize business and accounting reports.
- Perform data migration and version upgrades across Odoo releases.
- Import, validate, and manage business data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow coding best practices.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP development and customization.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Experience with REST API development and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Git and Postman.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Odoo development.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Experience working with AI-powered development tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) for coding assistance, debugging, documentation, or productivity enhancement is an added advantage.
- Experience with Odoo version migration and ERP implementation projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
