We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be experienced, disciplined, and capable of coordinating workers and subcontractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed as per plans, quality standards, and timelines
- Maintain site safety and ensure strict compliance with safety rules
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly
- Monitor material usage and report shortages in advance
- Resolve on-site issues and support the Project Manager
