Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Camps: Organize and execute screening camps in schools, corporates, and residential areas to generate leads and awareness.
- Referral Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with community doctors, ophthalmologists, and optical shops for patient referrals.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Manage social media, content creation, and offline promotional activities (print, banners) to promote eye care services.
- Market Analysis: Research competitors, track industry trends, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and patient inflow.
- Patient Engagement: Enhance the hospital's reputation and manage the patient experience to encourage referrals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Experience: 0–3+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Attributes: Willingness to travel for field activities, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
