Job Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
