JOB DESCRIPTION OF Sales Admin
- Coordinating and handling all sales related activities
- Processing sales orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled effectively
- Managing sales contracts and maintaining an accurate database of sales records
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Providing customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Creating and updating sales reports for the sales team and management
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Assisting with promotional activities and trade shows
- Providing support to the sales team with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense reports
- Keeping track of sales targets and ensuring they are met
- Monitoring day to day activity and working
- Expense monitoring & validating
- Sales Team attendance record
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Support the sales team with planning and managing logistics
- Managing Sales Software entries on monthly basis.
- Managing scheme in software.
- Data entries in software
- Managing DCR, reporting log, Sales force tracking
- Timely Payment collection
Qualifications and Experience
- Education – Graduate
- Experience – Minimum 2 years as Sales Admin
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with Sales & Reporting software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
