Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Duties:
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, janitors, and laundry personnel.
- Assign daily tasks and inspect work to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel/hospital/company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints or issues from guests or management.
Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and employee work areas to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for repairs.
- Maintain knowledge of sanitation policies and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Administrative & Inventory Management:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
