We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Patient Service cum Front desk supervisor to manage patient interactions, appointments, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless patient experience while coordinating with doctors and supporting the clinic's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the doctor's consultation calendar.
- Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Handle patient inquiries, calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and payment procedures to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
- Generate bills, collect payments, and maintain daily transaction records.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with patients for reviews, therapy sessions, and feedback.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, patient care, customer service, or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software.
- Well-groomed, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness center, or homeopathic practice.
- Ability to handle multiple patients and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
