Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in the HR field and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and documentation process
- Support other HR administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
