About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand the retail presence of our chocolates and peanut butter products. The candidate will visit retail stores, supermarkets, grocery shops, and other outlets to generate sales, build relationships with store owners, and ensure product availability and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores daily and introduce our product range.
- Generate new retail accounts and onboard new stores.
- Take orders from retailers and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
- Ensure proper product placement, shelf visibility, and merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels and follow up on repeat orders.
- Collect market feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain records of store visits, orders, and sales activities.
- Report daily sales activities and market updates to management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food products, snacks, chocolates, or grocery products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with the local retail market is preferred.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling food, confectionery, beverages, or consumer goods.
- Existing network of retail stores in the target market.
- Understanding of merchandising and retail sales strategies.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

- Number of new retail stores onboarded per month
- Monthly sales revenue generated
- Repeat orders from existing retailers
