About the Role
Le Fabco Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Operations Manager to oversee the complete sales operations process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the Sales, Production, Stores, Logistics, Accounts, and Customer Support teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales order lifecycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Supervise quotation preparation, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Manage CRM, customer database, and sales documentation.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track sales targets, order pipeline, pending orders, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding collections.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt after-sales support.
- Develop and implement sales operation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Support the Sales Head in sales planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Train and guide Sales Coordinators and Sales Executives on operational processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and Order Management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), ERP, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Operations) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
