Position Summary:
We are actively searching for dynamic and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Representatives. As a Tele Sales Representative at Dutel Info Integrated Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in propelling sales, establishing connections with potential clients, and contributing to the overall prosperity of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and field sales activities
- Acquire B2B clients for telecom products including mobile plans, broadband, and value-added services
- Perform needs analysis and deliver customized telecom solutions (solution selling)
- Manage sales pipeline and lead follow-ups to ensure conversion
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate KYC, documentation, and activation process with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and maintain client relationships for long-term business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales / telecom sales / field sales / Freshers can also apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Target-oriented mindset - must have

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
