JD for Dispatcher / Fleet Operations Executive :
Real-time Dispatch & Coordination: Monitor and assign incoming ride requests to the closest or most appropriate driver using company dispatch software.
Fleet Monitoring: Track vehicle locations via GPS in real-time, monitoring for traffic delays, accidents, or route deviations to ensure timely arrivals.
Driver Communication: Act as a liaison between drivers and management, providing them with necessary information regarding pick-up/drop-off details, special requests, and traffic updates.
Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, or app requests; address passenger queries, and resolve complaints professionally.
Schedule Management: Manage daily bookings, pre-booked rides, and optimize vehicle utilization, especially during peak hours.
Issue Resolution: Act quickly to resolve operational issues, such as driver no-shows, vehicle breakdowns, or emergency situations.
Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of dispatched trips, driver logs, and customer interactions in the database.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
