Position Title: Consultant – Patient Care
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience Required: 3-4 years
Working: Work from Office, 6 days a week
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant – Patient Care who specializes in handling customer
interactions over calls, providing consultation, and converting leads into sales. The role involves engaging
with customers, understanding their needs through telephonic conversations, and offering tailored solutions to
drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers
● Provide consultation to customers over calls by understanding their requirements
● Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing effectively
● Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
● Address customer concerns, objections, and provide suitable solutions
● Schedule appointments or further consultations when required
● Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
● Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and sales updates
● Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
Core Skills & Competencies:
● Excellent verbal communication and tele calling skills
● Strong consultative selling and persuasion abilities
● Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively over calls
● Proven track record of lead conversion via telephonic interaction
● Customer-centric approach with good listening skills
● Ability to build rapport quickly over phone conversation.
Education and Technical Skills:
● Any Graduate
● Basic computer application knowledge
● Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Preferred Industry Experience:
Healthcare consultation (hearing solutions, etc.)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
