Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join a growing organization in the interior design and furnishing industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Present products and services effectively to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and individual clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the interior design, modular furniture, home décor, construction materials, or related industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in interior design, modular kitchen, furniture, home décor, or related businesses.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Local market knowledge of Bilaspur and surrounding areas.

Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
