The Service Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers to schedule vehicle service appointments, follow up on service due vehicles, collect customer feedback, promote service campaigns, and maintain strong customer relationships to improve service retention and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers for periodic service reminders and appointment scheduling.
- Follow up with customers whose vehicles are due for service.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance packages.
- Confirm service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls and record customer satisfaction levels.
- Address customer queries and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Generate service appointments and contribute to workshop business targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up with lost or inactive customers.
- Prepare daily and monthly calling reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
