Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, business development, and technical teams to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, conduct solution presentations, and support the overall sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and other pre-sales documentation.
- Support the sales team during client meetings, demos, and solution discussions.
- Create effort estimations, project scope documents, and solution overviews.
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Track opportunities and support timely submission of client proposals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or Solution Consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development services, cloud solutions, or IT services.
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical and sales teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS, Azure, DevOps, AI, Web, or Mobile Solutions.
- Exposure to international clients and proposal management.
- Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes.
