We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Telecalling and Administrative Executive to join our team . The candidate will be responsible for telecalling, personal assistant activities, data entry, and day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telecalling and customer follow-ups
- Manage data entry and maintain records accurately
- Assist management with scheduling and coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain office documents and reports
- Support daily administrative activities
Requirements
- Good fluency in English and Malayalam
- Smart, confident, and well-presented personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Good organizational skills
- Telecalling or customer handling experience is an added advantage
