We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our Re Developers Pvt Ltd sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in real estate sales, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and maintain sales reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales with leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
