Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Academic Counselor team to achieve admission targets.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
- Monitor lead management, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize admissions.
- Coordinate with the Application Processing team to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve escalated student queries and support the team in closing admissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Study Abroad/EdTech sales, including team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
- Target-oriented with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
