We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead cum Techno-Functional Business Analyst to drive data integration initiatives, analyze business requirements, and deliver high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong ETL, SQL, and data management expertise along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and support ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Work with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage data lineage, metadata, and data quality initiatives.
- Support data modeling and database design activities.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Preferred: Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
