Job Description
Deputy General Manager-Mergers & Acquisitions• Manage and support execution of M&A projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related activities through closing of a transaction
- Support sourcing activity - Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track potential M&A targets in line with company / business investment strategy
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
1) Manage the transaction process and execution of the project
2) Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with the respective business teams

Co-ordinate the evaluation and due diligence effort including with external advisors, consultants

Valuation models

Presenting evaluation and alternatives to senior management
3) Support sourcing of opportunities for healthcare business
4) Liaison with investment bankers, external advisors
Understand and as required, support development of M&A strategy for relevant businesses – Pharma Solutions, Critical Care, Consumer Products
