What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Identify and analyze specific and well-documented requirements for business needs related to processes, organizations systems, applications etc including the ability to understand and map the requirements to the given business problems. It involves defining the scope of the project, the timescales and resources needed to complete it.
What are we looking for? As a Supply Chain Functional Architect, you will play a strategic leadership role in designing, transforming, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes for global enterprises. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive leadership to define future-state operating models and deliver innovative, scalable, and technology-enabled supply chain solutions. The role requires deep expertise across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment processes. You will lead discovery workshops, analyze business requirements, develop functional architectures, and create solution blueprints that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. As a trusted advisor, you will guide solution delivery teams through configuration, testing, deployment, and change management activities while ensuring business value realization. You will leverage leading supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and o9 Solutions to enable digital transformation and operational excellence. 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale supply chain transformation programs across multiple industries. Strong functional expertise in: Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Management & Optimization Procurement & Sourcing Manufacturing & Production Planning Logistics & Distribution Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Execution Proven experience designing end-to-end functional architectures, process models, operating models, and solution blueprints. Hands-on experience with leading supply chain platforms, including: SAP IBP, APO, PP, MM Oracle SCM Cloud Kinaxis RapidResponse Blue Yonder o9 Solutions Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, master data management, planning parameters, and integration frameworks. Experience leading ERP and digital supply chain implementations from requirements gathering through deployment. Expertise in workshop facilitation, business process mapping, value-stream analysis, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address complex business and operational challenges. Experience defining data models, process flows, integration requirements, and reporting frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives and business process optimization programs. Facilitate client workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements across supply chain functions. Design future-state processes, functional architectures, and solution blueprints aligned with client objectives. Translate complex business challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions leveraging industry-leading platforms. Develop target operating models, process frameworks, and governance structures to support business transformation. Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation. Provide functional leadership during configuration, integration, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare phases. Drive stakeholder engagement across leadership, business users, and cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, service levels, and supply chain resilience. Promote adoption of digital supply chain capabilities including AI/ML-enabled planning, automation, analytics, and control towers. Mentor functional consultants and contribute to capability development and practice growth initiatives.
