Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, or any Graduate)
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and product detailing.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily call reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a medical representative.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
