Lab Management: Oversee and conduct practical IT sessions in the computer lab, ensuring students learn basic software applications, digital safety, and introductory coding/computational logic.
2. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
Evaluation: Design and administer regular formative and summative assessments (quizzes, worksheets, lab assignments) to evaluate student understanding.
Feedback: Provide timely, constructive, and actionable feedback to students to help them improve.
Data Recording: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, academic grades, and behavioral progress on the school's internal management system.

Engagement: Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
