Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled *3D Video Animator / 3D Generalist* to create professional and technically accurate *industrial safety and training videos*. The role involves developing 3D scenes, animating industrial activities, and producing complete safety videos from approved scripts and technical references.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality *3D industrial safety and training videos*.
* Develop industrial environments, machinery, equipment, tools, PPE, and characters.
* Create realistic character animation and industrial activity sequences.
* Visualize workplace hazards, unsafe practices, consequences, and correct procedures.
* Handle modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, VFX, and compositing.
* Edit videos, synchronise voice-over/sound, and add subtitles, safety graphics, and annotations.
* Deliver professional Full HD/4K videos and maintain organized project/source files.
Required Skills
* Advanced *Blender* skills.
* Strong 3D animation and video-production capabilities.
* Experience with character animation and industrial visualisation.
* Knowledge of *Cycles, Eevee, VFX and simulations*.
* Proficiency in *DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro*.
* Knowledge of *After Effects / Fusion* is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience creating *industrial, HSE, safety-training, technical, manufacturing, or accident-reconstruction videos* will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
* 1+ years of relevant 3D animation/video experience preferred.
* Strong professional *portfolio/showreel* demonstrating completed 3D videos.
* Creative approach with strong attention to technical and safety accuracy.
* Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final video.
* Good communication and project-management skills.
* Willingness to work from the Pune office.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical assignment involving an industrial safety video.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
