Telesales Executive ( (Veterinary Healthcare)
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, clear-communicating Telesales Executive who knows how to hold a real conversation over the phone. In this role, you won't just be dialling numbers off a generic cold list—you will be the direct voice of our veterinary pharmaceutical brand to veterinary doctors and retail chemists. Your goal is to introduce our veterinary portfolio, follow up on leads, take orders, and build long term relationships that keep customers reordering.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
Reaching Out & Detailing: Make structured daily outbound calls to veterinarians, pet clinic managers, retail chemists, and stockists to introduce our range of products.
Order Generation & Up-selling: Take repeat orders, pitch relevant product bundles, and share current schemes or trade offers.
Lead Qualification: Filter and convert leads coming from trade shows, or referral programs.
Relationship Management: Follow up regularly with existing accounts to make sure their inventory is stocked and address any basic product or supply queries.
CRM & Record Keeping: Log daily calls, order details, and customer feedback clearly into our sales database.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in outbound telesales or inside sales. (Experience in pharmaceuticals, veterinary health, human healthcare, or FMCG distributor networks is a strong plus).
Communication Skills: Confident, polite, and fluent in conversational English and Hindi languages (knowledge of additional regional languages is a distinct advantage for field interactions). You must sound like a human, not someone reading a rigid script line-by-line. Selling Ability: Comfortable asking direct questions, understanding the customer’s practice needs, and closing orders without being pushy.
Product Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn basic medical/veterinary product details, active ingredients, and dosage benefits to talk credibly with doctors and stockists.
Resilience: Comfortable handling phone rejection with a positive attitude.
Candidate Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, or Commerce/Arts with relevant sales experience preferred).
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & MS Word).
Compensation & Working Setup
Role Type: Full-time (In-office / On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Standard Business Hours)
Salary: Fixed Base Salary + Monthly / Quarterly Sales Incentives (Commensurate with experience)
Location: Rani Bagh, Pritampura
Note for the Hiring Agency (Candidate Screening Criteria)
What to look for in shortlists: We want people who have strong phone etiquette and active listening skills. Candidates who sound overly robotic, rely entirely on scripted answers, or struggle with spontaneous phone interaction will not succeed in this role. Prior experience pitching to medical professionals, stockists, or trade channels is a major advantage.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
