Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Product Management Intern to support roadmap execution, product
- documentation, and cross-functional coordination across our product lines (Detect, Ultra, Train). This
- role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world product management, focusing on
- execution support, structured thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Execution Support
- Assist in maintaining and tracking product roadmap items and sprint tasks
- Help break down features into clear, structured requirements and user stories
- Support in defining acceptance criteria and validating feature readiness
- Track progress of ongoing initiatives and flag delays or blockers
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain product documentation including feature notes, release summaries, and internal knowledge docs.
- Assist in publishing updates on roadmap progress, bugs, escalations, and delivery status
- Organize and structure technical and product inputs into clear documentation
3. Data & Analysis
- Analyze product usage, bugs, and field feedback to identify trends
- Assist in prioritization by compiling structured inputs from different teams
- Build simple dashboards/reports to improve visibility into product performance
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with Sales, Deployment, and Engineering teams to collect inputs
- Help document customer and field feedback in a structured format
- Support alignment by ensuring information is communicated clearly across teams
5. Delivery & Process Support
- Assist in sprint planning preparation (task tracking, updates, summaries)
- Help maintain timelines, milestones, and execution trackers
- Support identification of risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
6. Product Communication
- Support preparation of internal presentations, product updates, and release communication
- Ensure teams have clarity on feature readiness and current limitations

Basic Requirements:
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize information clearly
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, docs, and basic tools
- Interest in product management and technology
Good to Have:
- Exposure to product management concepts or internships
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Full-Time Opportunity (Based on Performance):
High-performing intern may be considered for a full-time Associate Product Manager role based on
demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and cross-functional impact.
Important Note:
This is a hands-on execution-focused role. The intern will work closely with the Senior PM to
contribute through structured support.

3–6 months (flexible based on performance)
