Retail Industry Experience Preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Handling complete HR operations and administration
- Recruitment and employee onboarding
- Attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Employee engagement and disciplinary handling
- Maintaining statutory compliance including ESI & PF
- Performance monitoring and staff coordination
- Training and development activities
- Managing employee records and HR documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR processes
- Ability to manage teams and workplace discipline
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge required
