About the Job
The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate information or solutions. The role involves maintaining call records, updating the CRM system, and achieving daily calling targets with high connectivity and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Maintain records of calls and regularly update the CRM system
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions or information
- Achieve daily calling targets and maintain high connected call percentages
- Follow up with customers and ensure proper communication
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during conversations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or related roles
- Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages
- Ability to handle multiple calls and work under minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
