Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Operations to support our marketplace operations across India and international platforms. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in e-commerce and gain hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, product listings, advertising, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Support product listing creation, updates, and optimization.
- Help in basic keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the team for product uploads, images and descriptions.
- Monitor product performance and report key metrics.
- Assist in managing inventory and tracking stock levels.
- Support Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) under guidance.
- Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings (title, description, bullet points, images).
- Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure proper categorization.
- Track daily sales, orders, and returns.
- Work on improving product visibility and rankings.
- Assist in managing promotions, deals and discounts.
- Generate basic reports using Excel for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and logistics).
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or Amazon marketplace (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
