Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience and be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures. The role requires excellent communication, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across various industries and functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
