Position: Junior Pre-Sales & Tender Executive

Job Summary
The Junior Pre-Sales & Tender Executive will support the business development team in identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in client interactions. The role requires regular field visits for document collection, client meetings, and tender-related activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Monitor Tender Portals on a daily basis.
- Download, review, and maintain records of tender opportunities.
- Assist in preparing technical documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders and their status.
Pre-Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and capability statements.
- Support the sales team in responding to client requirements.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain records of prospective clients and business opportunities.
Field Work & Coordination
- Visit client locations, government offices, and partner organizations as required.
- Collect and submit documents related to tenders and business proposals.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and client interactions under the guidance of seniors.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and proposal requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, proposals, and client communications.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all tender-related records.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA Marketing preferred).
- 06months–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tendering, or Business Development.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel for field visits when required.
- Basic understanding of tendering processes is preferred.
Compensation
As per company standards and candidate qualifications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
