Tally Prime Trainer

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
Job Summary:
Udayan Care is looking for a Tally Prime Trainer to provide practical and classroom-based training in accounting software and digital bookkeeping. The trainer will help students develop industry-relevant skills and improve their employability in the finance and accounting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on Tally Prime and basic accounting concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Conduct practical sessions and support students in developing job-ready skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Support data entry, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
- Maintain training resources, software updates, and computer systems.
- Organize workshops, educational activities, and student engagement events.
- Assist with student mobilization and enrollment activities.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in Commerce, Accounting, Computers, BCA, MCA, B.Com, or related fields.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tally Prime training, accounting, teaching, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, accounting principles, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for teaching, youth development, and community engagement.
