Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce compelling visual and video content for our courses, marketing campaigns, and social media. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, hands-on video editing skills, and is comfortable using AI-based tools to speed up content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual assets for course modules, ads, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for course content, promos, and social platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create vector graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Leverage AI-based video editing tools to accelerate turnaround and enhance production quality.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and mentorship teams to translate briefs into visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design and video deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor, preferably in EdTech, media, or a fast-paced content environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
What We Offer
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
