- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various primary and secondary sources and maintain databases. Clean and filter data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Analysis & Insights: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can impact business performance.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and system efficiencies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
- Strong hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying databases is a big plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and good communication skills to explain data findings clearly.
