Key Responsibilities
1. Billing and Invoicing
· Prepare customer bills accurately and efficiently.
· Generate invoices using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
· Apply discounts, promotional offers, and taxes correctly.
2. Cash Handling
· Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
· Return correct change to customers.
· Ensure safe custody and handling of cash during the shift.
3. Sales Record Maintenance
· Maintain accurate daily sales records.
· Record all transactions in the POS system.
· Reconcile cash and digital payment collections at the end of each shift.
4. Customer Service
· Greet customers courteously and assist with billing-related queries.
· Resolve payment-related concerns and complaints promptly.
· Provide receipts and transaction confirmations to customers.
5. Cash Register Management
· Open and close the cash counter as per company procedures.
· Verify opening and closing cash balances.
· Report any cash shortages or excesses to management immediately.
6. Coordination with Kitchen and Service Staff
· Ensure customer orders are entered correctly into the system.
· Coordinate with kitchen and service teams regarding order status and billing requirements.
7. Reporting
· Prepare daily collection and sales reports.
· Submit cash collections, card slips, and payment summaries to the Supervisor/Manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
