Akshar Yoga Kendraaa, is a 20+ year old organisation founded by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar. We are an internationally recognized institution that is officially accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, we've spent over a decade building a home for authentic yogic education — through teacher trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and a community that now spans the globe.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an Operations Manager to bring people, processes, and purpose together.
You'll be the steady hand behind our programs and initiatives — making sure things run smoothly, while always looking for a better way to do them.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate with internal teams and leadership to build structured workflows across all our offerings
- Build and refine processes that make our work more efficient as we scale
- Create and maintain SOPs, and manage logistics, vendors, venues, and resources
- Track timelines and keep projects moving on schedule
- Support leadership in launching new initiatives
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or event management
- Can hold many priorities at once, without losing sight of the details
- Communicates with clarity and confidence — with teams, vendors, and stakeholders alike
- Isn't afraid to hustle and is comfortable in a growing, evolving organization
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; project management tools are a plus
Bonus Points
- Experience in wellness, education, hospitality, or events
- Background in a startup or high-growth environment
- Comfort with AI productivity tools and workflow automation
- A genuine interest in yoga or holistic living
Pay: ₹15,164.39 - ₹38,406.04 per month
