Admin & Front Office Executive
Your Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents—ensuring a
warm, professional, and prompt welcome in person, over the phone, or via email.
● Manage the reception area, keeping it organized and presentable at all times.
● Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or
team members.
● Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure all inquiries are recorded and followed up
appropriately.
● Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and other correspondence.
● Maintain and monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock—placing orders in
advance to avoid shortages.
● Support the branch with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing,
photocopying, and document preparation.
● Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and internal events.
● Ensure all administrative records, registers, and checklists are updated and stored
systematically.
● Provide logistical support for team travel arrangements, workshops, and events.
● Assist counselors and management with operational tasks as needed to ensure
smooth branch functioning.
