· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or any discipline
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong ability to teach pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency effectively.
· Patience and the ability to work with students of varying levels of proficiency.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate students.
· Creativity in lesson planning and delivery to make learning engaging
· Open to customizing lessons according to individual student needs.
· Comfortable adapting to different cultural backgrounds and learning environments.
· Previous teaching experience is often preferred
· Experience with interactive teaching methods (group discussions, role-playing) to engage students.
· Knowledge of modern teaching techniques like audio-visual tools and digital learning platforms.
