About the Role:
BrewTalk Café is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Café Assistant to support our daily café operations. If you’re someone who enjoys working in a team, takes pride in cleanliness, and is eager to learn, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café, kitchen, and dining area.
- Wash cups, utensils, dishes, and café equipment.
- Assist the barista with drink preparation and daily operations.
- Help with basic kitchen preparation and food plating.
- Pack takeaway and online orders accurately.
- Deliver customer orders locally when required.
- Refill supplies and keep stock organized.
- Support the team with all day-to-day café tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning and lifting tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic communication skills.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
