Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Plan and oversee social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹11,338.11 - ₹43,201.35 per month
