NDR & Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for an NDR & Logistics Coordinator who can manage order tracking, NDR cases, delivery coordination and regular follow-ups with delivery partners and our warehouse. Since our warehouse is rented, the person will also coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders, returns and stock movement are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Track all orders and delivery status on a daily basis.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and coordinate for re-attempts and successful delivery.
- Follow up with courier/logistics partners regarding pending and delayed orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch, returns and order-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched, delivered, pending, RTO and returned orders.
- Coordinate with the rented warehouse team for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Check and update order status in Excel/CRM/system.
- Identify delivery delays and take timely action.
- Coordinate between warehouse, courier partners and internal teams.
- Monitor RTO and NDR numbers and work on reducing unnecessary returns.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics and NDR reports.
- Ensure proper handover and tracking of returned shipments.
- Resolve basic logistics-related issues through proper coordination and follow-up.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable with regular follow-ups with courier and warehouse teams.
- Good understanding of order tracking and logistics processes.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups at the same time.
- Should be responsible and good at maintaining records.
- Prior experience in NDR, logistics, e-commerce, courier or warehouse coordination will be preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in logistics, NDR, order tracking, e-commerce operations or warehouse coordination.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be someone who is active, responsible and good at follow-up. The person should be able to track issues until they are resolved instead of only updating the status. Good Excel knowledge and practical experience in handling delivery/NDR cases will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,478.34 - ₹18,000.00 per month
