Ishara Creations is a growing jewellery brand focused on premium South Indian-inspired, anti-tarnish, micro-plated, and timeless fashion jewellery. Our vision is to build a trusted jewellery brand that combines traditional elegance with contemporary style and expands across online, marketplace, exhibition, and retail channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Business Partner/COO who believes in building businesses from the ground up and is excited to create a long-term brand.
This is not a traditional employment role. We are seeking a growth-oriented individual who is willing to actively participate in operations, marketing, and business development while contributing a reasonable investment towards the business. The structure may include profit sharing and/or equity participation based on mutual discussion and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Founder in executing the business vision and growth strategy
* Participate in day-to-day operations and decision-making
* Coordinate product sourcing, inventory, and vendor management
* Support social media, marketing and customer engagement activities
* Participate in exhibitions, flea markets and brand events
* Build partnerships and identify growth opportunities
* Monitor sales, customer feedback and business performance
* Help establish systems and processes for scaling the business
Who We Are Looking For
* Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building brands
* Strong ownership mentality and willingness to work hands-on
* Interest in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or consumer brands
* Experience in operations, marketing, sales, business development or entrepreneurship is preferred
* Comfortable working in a startup environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Based in Hyderabad
Investment & Partnership
* A reasonable investment contribution is expected to demonstrate long-term commitment and alignment
* Profit-sharing and/or equity participation can be discussed based on experience, involvement, and investment contribution
* We are looking for a genuine long-term partner rather than a short-term employee
