Job Description – Coordinator (Support & Development Team)
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Coordinator to manage and coordinate activities between the Support Team, Development Team, and customers. The candidate will be responsible for tracking task progress, ensuring timely ticket updates, following up on pending issues, and helping teams achieve smooth customer query resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Support and Development teams for daily task and ticket management.
- Ensure all customer issues and requests are properly logged in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with respective team members for pending tickets and task updates.
- Track ticket status, priorities, deadlines, and escalations.
- Maintain proper communication between internal teams and customers.
- Ensure timely customer query resolution and regular status updates.
- Monitor pending issues and escalate delays to management when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly task status reports.
- Coordinate for bug fixes, issue clarification, testing, and deployment updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.
- Ensure teams are updating task progress and customer communication regularly.
- Help improve task management and internal coordination processes.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of ticketing/task management systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email communication, and reporting.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in coordination, support handling, or project/task management.
- ERP or Software company experience will be preferred.
- Candidate should be disciplined, proactive, and good in internal communication.
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups professionally.
