We're hiring an intern to build and grow a YouTube channel using AI-powered video tools. You'll own the pipeline from script to published video, using AI tools to move fast without a traditional production team.
This is a hands on, high ownership role , ideal for someone who wants real portfolio work, not busywork.
What You'll Do
- Research and script short- and long-form YouTube videos on aviation career topics
- Use AI video/voice tools (e.g., AI avatars, text-to-speech, auto-editing, captioning) to produce videos efficiently
- Design thumbnails and titles optimised for YouTube search and click-through
- Publish, tag, and optimize videos for YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, chapters, keywords)
- Track video performance (views, watch time, CTR, subscriber growth) and iterate on format
- Coordinate with the Apano content/SEO team to align video topics with high-intent search queries
- Repurpose long-form content into Shorts/Reels for cross-platform reach
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable with (or genuinely excited to learn) AI video tools.
- Strong sense of what makes a YouTube video watchable — hook, pacing, thumbnail, title
- Basic scripting/storytelling ability; can turn a dry topic (e.g., "DGCA CPL requirements") into something clear and engaging
- Self-starter — comfortable owning a channel end-to-end with light supervision
- Bonus: prior YouTube channel experience (personal or otherwise), interest in aviation, or basic design skills (Canva/Figma)
