Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement activities for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, negotiation, inventory coordination, purchase planning, and ensuring timely procurement of materials at competitive prices.
Hindi language speaking is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete purchase and procurement operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Conduct market research for cost-effective sourcing.
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
- Lead and guide the purchase team effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge in procurement and supply chain processes
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Hindi speaking is compulsory
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree / MBA Preferred
- Experience: 4 to 8 Years in Purchase / Procurement
- Experience in Retail, Fashion, Textile, Garments, or Lifestyle industry preferred
