Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote and sell the company's beauty and makeup products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of Tele-Sales experience (Outbound Sales).
Experience in telesales, retail sales, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or similar industries will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Age: 22–35 years.
