Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential plots and properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Must have a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Own vehicle and smartphone preferred.
