Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Interior Carpenter to manufacture, assemble, and install furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, modular kitchens, partitions, doors, and other interior woodwork items. The candidate should be able to read drawings, operate woodworking tools, and ensure high-quality finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, and other materials.
- Install hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, channels, and fittings.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of projects.
- Perform repairs and maintenance of furniture and wooden structures.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams during installation work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior carpentry.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and interior fit-out work.
- Ability to use carpentry tools and woodworking machines.
- Good understanding of measurements and finishing work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and custom furniture.
- Knowledge of laminate, veneer, and hardware installation.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
