o IT Service Management
o Vendor Management
o SIAM / Multi Supplier environments
- Experience managing global or large enterprise vendors
- Exposure to infrastructure, applications, or blended services
Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL v4 Foundation / Managing Professional
- SIAM Foundation or Professional
